Before Stan Van Gundy went from this to this and when he looked like this, there was an owner who thought that this, this, and reshuffling his roster every year was acceptable. But then he decided to not make any major moves, but rather build around Der Mann and suddenly he has a new hat . So as much as Udonis Haslem prays to Mecca , Dwade leaves skid marks on dudes' faces, and these guys do whatever it is they do, the Heat are in trouble. Even if they supersize Ghostface and he is somehow able to tune in Tokyo , the Heat still have Jason Williams and Gary Payton, and that just isn't going to cut it. And there will be dancing , even breakdancing , by everyone except for this guy , who will trip on his lack of rhythm.
